FONDALIM 4G

COMBINED DIGITAL RECORDER OF BOTH, DRILLING AND GROUTING PARAMETERS WITH PUMP CONTROL FOR 1 TO 4 GROUTING OUTLETS

The FONDALIM 4G gathers on the same equipment the functions of the FORALIM and those of the INJECTLIM.
It allows in particular to record, to visualize and print on the same central unit :
- the drilling parameters (FORALIM function) ;
- the grouting parameters (Flow rate/Pressure/Volume) versus time (INJECTLIM function), from one to four grouting outlets simultaneously.

The main  specifications of the hardware are the same as the Foralim 4G :
- back-lit 1/4 VGA graphical screen;
- Graphs display on screen;
- 2 Mb internal storage;
- CANBUS network technology;
- Integrated or remote (option) graphical printer (version 1 or 2);
- 3 PC data download possibilities  (memocard,   RS 232, GSM modem).
 

Each function has its own CANBUS network and specific kit of sensors.
 

In the INJECTLIM function, Grouting pumps servo control according to the volume, pressure or GIN (Grouting Index Number).
 

The data recorded by the FONDALIM are either PC processed with the GEO-LOG 3 software (drilling and grouting parameters) or with FORASOFT and INJECTSOFT software, for each type of records.
