INJECTLIM 4G
DIGITAL RECORDER OF THE GROUTING PARAMETERS WITH PUMP CONTROL
FOR 1 TO 4 GROUTING OUTLETS

Digital recorder of the grouting parameters (Flow rate/Pressure/Volume) versus time, from one to four grouting outlets simultaneously.

Grouting pumps servo control according to the volume, pressure or GIN (Grouting Index Number).

The main specifications of the hardware are the same as the Foralim 4G :
- back-lit 1/4 VGA graphical screen;
- Graphs display on screen;
- 2 Mb internal storage (equivalent to 60 to 480 hours of grouting according to the sampling step);
- CANBUS network technology for the link between sensors and the central unit;

- integrated or remote (option) graphical printer (INJECTLIM 1 or 2) making possible the printout of the  grouting stages reports and Flow rate/Pressure/Volume graphs;

- 3 PC data download possibilities (memocard,  RS 232, GSM modem).

The data recorded by the INJECTLIM are PC downloaded and processed by the INJECTSOFT software. This software edits and prints the grouting reports and graphs.

Import of the grouting stop orders (closed mode) PC entered with a specific module of INJECTSOFT.
