Geo-Log 3 Pressio Module
EVALUATION AND GRAPHIC REPRESENTATION SOFTWARE OF THE L. MENARD PRESSUREMETER TEST ACCORDING TO THE NF P94-110-1 STANDARD

GEO-LOG 3 Pressio Module proposes a help to the L. MENARD pressuremeter test evaluation according to the NF P94-110-1 standard.
It consists to display, under graphic representation, the final result achieved by the normalized calculation. So the expert can check immediately if the test evaluation needs a consistent analysis of the evaluation stages.

Pressiomig

Functions :

  • Permanent access to the raw and corrected data in a spreadsheet (pressure, volume).
  • Control of the intermediary calculations like the determination of the pseudo-elastic range and display of the regression straight lines (LP) ...
  • Graphic modification of the intermediary variables based on the curves (P1,V1 P2,V2), or directly on their numerical values in the display/acquisition zones, when the expert thinks that the test conditions don't enable an automatic evaluation according to the standard. In this case, the expert interpretation is clearly distinguished from the automatic evaluation on the final report by the addition of a remark on the modified results.
  • Printing of a minute report (NF-P94-110-1 standard) for each pressuremeter test.
  • Printing of a synthetic report (graphical and numerical report) for the results of each test evaluation regarding a pressiometric boring.
  • An automatic evaluation of each drilling test, without curves display, directly under a list of numerical results, can be chosen.
  • Import of pressuremeter data automatically acquired by a measurement device, under textual format files.
  • Storage in the GEO-LOG 3 geotechnical database. Once the evaluation completed, the pressiometric values (Em, Pf*, Pl*, Sigma HS module) are automatically stored in the database and can be processed by GEO-LOG 3
  • Printing of a log in the GEO-LOG 3 principal manager in which the result of the pressiometric test can be completed by the lithological data, drilling parameters, well completion,... which have been acquired. Different presentation options enable to valorize the results (colours, symbols, graduation axis, grids, ...).

  • Tests archival storage in archive file (ag3) independent of the database.
  • Export of data under Textual files, Microsoft Excel, ...

New options compared with Pressiomig 1.0 :

  • NF P94-110-1 European standard integration (January 2000)):
    • Pressuremeter mesures spreadsheetAcquisition of the Volume at 1 s.
    • Resistance test suited to the device : CalP calculation with V=700 cm3 or 550 cm3.
    • Calculation of the Limit pressure :
      hyperbolical extrapolation method.
  • New graphics
    • Dynamic design of curves (they are no longer stored in the database like in the former version).
    • Plot of the P1V1, P2V2, LP, CP positions and of the interpretation curves (regression straight lines for the CP calculation, extrapolation curves for the LP calculation).
  • New reports
    • Evaluation methodMinute report according to the NF P 94-110-1 standard.
    • Synthetic report completed by the columns N° level, Vr (V60 not corrected), the calculation method chosen for LP.
    • Printing options for reports : choice of margins, header-footer (synthetic report), optional display of the data spreadsheet, specific points (P1V1, P2V2, PF) and interpretative curves.
    • Complete report of the evaluation : complete evaluation form of the boring and printing of this one.
  • Calibration extension (Resistance test suited to the probe) :
    • Use of the measured points of the curve instead of the parabola (Pressiomig 1.0 method).
  • Addition of the resistance test suited to membranes
    • Reference at the level of each test.
    • Calculation of the mP limit conventional resistance from the curve V60=f(P).
  • Modification of the correction due to the hydraulic load
    • Distinction of aquatic sites by acquiring the depth at the bottom of water (boring form).
  • New fields for the pressiometric depth table
    • Pressuremeter test minute reportData : Level and Creep columns .
    • Preservation of the evaluation options : Select P1P2, Select Em, Select CP, Select LP, calculation method for LP, intermediary results (LevelP1, LevelP2, CP, LP, CP/LP, LiP, LhP, LxP).
    • Graphic : Separated display of the pressiometric curve, the creep curve or both curves. Display of the pressiometric curve with no
    • corrected data. Display of the calibration curve in the test pressiometric curve.
    • Information : K0 (Coefficient of pressure for ground at rest), Total volumic mass of the ground, Resistance suited to the membrane, Operator, Recorder (Measurement equipment).
    • Additional fields for the Probe table : Split tube, cell type.
